by reaching and serving the families of Windham and surrounding communities.
We are a 501(c)3 charitable organization with a vision and commitment to help our community by providing food, clothing, education, recreation, and other needs.
The Renaissance Family Center was formed in December, 2009, and officially opened on January 1, 2010, as a community resource provider for those in need of assistance.
The center houses the Windham Branch of the Portage County Library, the Salvation Army, Aspire, Townhall II, the Second Blessings Thrift Store, and the Portage County Red Shield Food Pantry.
Through our partners and tenants, the Renaissance Family Center provides programs and services important to our community.
Our mission is to help people grow emotionally, physically, spiritually, and economically by offering opportunities and services in the midst of fellowship.
